20 Minute AMRAP ? Finishing off 2017 with a short, sweet and sweaty workout ?? I set a timer for 20 minutes and completed as many rounds as possible of this circuit: ➡️ 8 tyre flips ➡️ 8 chest to floor burpees ➡️ 8 push ups (my weakness!) ➡️ 8 V sit leg lifts ? I completed 8 and a half rounds in 20 minutes - see if you can beat me ? I was literally destroyed and my whole body was shaking. It goes to show that you can train for minimal time and still challenge your body! ?? If you don’t have a tyre, switch it out for another full body exercise such as a weighted clean and press or a squat thruster ?? Wearing @adidasuk ? #girlgains #zvdworkout
