Full Upper Body Workout ?? Here is a full workout I did two days ago, and damn I am still aching from it! Just make sure you use weights which challenge YOU! ? Note: this video is sped up! ➡️ DB shoulder press drop sets (not filmed - well I did film them but not very well ?) 3x8 then drop to half weight for 8 ➡️ Kneeling row 3x10 with straight arm pull down 3x10 - super slow eccentrics on these two! ➡️ T bar row 3x10 - squeeze mid back at top - with hammer curls 3x10 ➡️ Close grip DB press 3x10 with skull crushers 3x15 ?
