5 Minute Core Workout ?? I don’t do huge amounts of core specific training but I like to add little circuits like this onto the end of my workouts when I have time? Here is the circuit I did today: ➡️ 8 bosu single leg jack-knifes on each side ➡️ 8 slow bosu crunches with an overhead reach ➡️ Rest 30 seconds and repeat three times ??
