Working on finding this range of motion again 8.5 weeks post op. Recovery is a test of patience with oneself. One day my ROM feels awesome. The next it’s stiff and isn’t moving anywhere. Sometimes I feel frustrated and wonder if I’ll get it all back, but I don’t let that thinking sink too deep. It’ll come back. Trusting in the process is key, as with anything in life. I’m right where I should be. ?? #savvystrong
