Leg Superset ? This morning I trained for the first time in 10 days and DAYYUMMM it was a shock to the system ? My legs were shaking after 20 minutes ? Here is one of the supersets I included in my session, it’s a personal favourite as it fires up your quads, hamstrings and glutes ➡️ Barbell Romanian Deadlifts x8 (hinge from the hips and focus on using your hamstrings to control the movement) ➡️ Barbell Curtsey Lunges x8 each leg ( step back diagonally & focus on pushing up through the front heel) ➡️ I went for four rounds total, resting around 1 Minute after each superset ??
