These bells jingled in space.
Even astronauts get into the holiday spirit, and in 1965, Gemini VI astronauts Tom Stafford and Wally Schirra played “Jingle Bells” on these bells and a small harmonica in a radio transmission back to Earth.
It was the first musical interlude from space. Both instruments are now in our @airandspacemuseum.
