It really help to stay focused and maintain my mental health. ✅ I also make healthy food choices 80% of the time even when I travel. We can find million reasons not to while on the road, but in fact it’s all up to us and how much we want it 🤷‍♀️. I like to focus on what I can do. ⠀ ✅ I also find time for my online clients, wheeler I’m traveling or not, it’s always my priority to be in touch with my girls 💪. ⠀ Every Monday I check my clients reports. Yesterday was working from cute little cafe in Venice making sure our @optimumnutrition 6 weeks challenge is going according to the plan. My girls are on point and getting pretty great results. FIND TIME FOR YOURSELF!

No mater where I am in the world, I always make time for very important rituals that help me to maintain mental and physical balance.

✅Workout: it can be gym session, outside run, light workout in my room with resistance bands. Any kind of physical activity will do. When I travel I always book hotels that have gym, it helps to stay on track. Amazing gym at @thenedlondon by the way, loved it!
