This workout is so fun and you can do it ANYTIME and ANYWHERE! No equipment needed!
1. Toe Touch Crunch (modify by dropping to your knee for the crunch
2. Lunge Twist Mix (modify by tapping your feet together before the high knee twist)
3. Crawl Press Up (make sure you switch which side your press up with. Modify by elevating your hands)
4. Curtsy Step Jump Switch (modify by taking out the hop and switching feet by stepping them together at the top)
3-5 rounds
