Leg workout from this morning 🔥👊🏻 Whole workout listed down below (some videos are missing so make sure you go by the caption!)
- Sumo deadlifts: 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 5
- Reverse hack squats: 4 sets of 10
- Super Set: RDL’s (3 sets of 15) with DB sumo squat pulses (3 sets of 15 - pulsing at the bottom)
- Step-Up’s: 3 sets of 10 each leg
- Cable pull-thru’s: 4 sets of 12
- Walking lunges/squats: 3 sets of 5 each side with a squat in-between.
