A month ago, I stopped climbing outside. It seemed to be the prudent thing to do. Some days are easier. Some days are harder. Overall, it’s made me incredibly thankful for the little things: seeing the whole Front Range across wide open spaces. People smiling and waving as they move to opposite sides of the trail. Increased wildlife activity, animals reclaiming land that was theirs first 🐾💜 Reminders of shared spaces. A shared planet.

One of my goals this year was to dig deeper into Colorado-specific involvement, so when local nonprofit @mountainvalues reached out with information about the Colorado Outdoor Recreation and Economy (CORE) Act, I knew I could stand behind their message 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Real change starts with policy amendments. Who decides these policies? Our state representatives. Therefore, I’m asking @sencorygardner to set a precedent for the rest of our country. #SupportTheCoreAct 🙏🏻
