If you want some modifications for this workout see below:

⭐️ STANDING SINGLE LEG CRUNCH: 15 reps each side - if you do not have a resistance band for this workout you can do it with bodyweight or with a dumbbell! This will not only burn up your core but it will also challenge your balance.

⭐️⭐️ STANDING TWIST CRUNCH : 15 reps each side - you can also do this exercise with a dumbbell or with bodyweight only!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ RESISTANCE BAND SQUAT TWIST : 12 reps each side - this exercise will not only work your core but I’ll also work your legs and glutes! If you don’t have a resistance band you can use a dumbbell or again bodyweight!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SIDE THRUST CRUNCH : 12 reps each side - probably one of my favorite exercises! You’ll be surprised as to how challenging this exercise is and it burns so good! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 take my word for it and try it bodyweight first if you want to make it more challenging you can use the resistance band or dumbbell!
