3 Ways To Modify A Push Up!

1. Elevate your hands 🙌🏼 make sure your hips and booty are not high up in the sky! Keep them down and your core right and tight!

2. Drop To Your Bees Knees 🐝 make sure your back is flat and your elbows are pointing back at a 45 degree angle (on any push up variation)
