2020 has thrown down some major disruption. Stress has hit every one of us.

So, what’s it going to take to help us recover, regenerate, and get re-energized?

When I talked to @drgregwells on this episode, breathing, sleep, and even music for mental health came up as ways to reset yourself.

For the body, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory eating, and mixing up your fitness are key.

Keep it simple. Control the stressors within your sphere.

It starts with reminding yourself to breathe and making sleep a priority. Boring, but true!

Instead of focusing on getting back to normal, that’s long gone, focus on managing your stress reactions at this moment.
