Chocolate Chia Pudding!🍫

Ingredients:
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp. maple syrup or honey
½ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk, plus more if needed ½ cup chia seeds

SERVES 4
Nutrition facts (per serving): 5g protein; 22g carbs; 8g fat

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes, then stir again. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. If the pudding is too thick, mix in an extra splash of almond milk before enjoying.
