FRIDAY, APRIL 21 PROGRAMMING - UPPER BODY
Supersets:

1A Dips (12-10-8-8)
1B 20 DB pullovers

2A Close Grip Bench Press (15-12-10-8)
2B 20 Alternating DB Hammer Curl

3A DB or BB Skull Crusher (20-15-12-12)
3B Standing BB Curls (20-15-12-12)

Metcon:
Every 3 min for 7 rounds (Time saver options: 4-6 rounds)
200m row or 10 candle stick jumps
10 push ups
10 thrusters
Rest 1 min between rounds

Start a running clock and begin, if you finish the movements before the 3 minutes is up, you get extra rest! Use 10 candle stick jumps if you do not have access to a rower. Since the reps are on the smaller side, choose a variation for the push ups that is a little more challenging than normal. For the thrusters, choose a weight that you can keep unbroken for the majority of the workout. Sit in your heels and keep your chest up as you sit into the bottom of your squat.

Record your fastest round and weight used.

Scale up by making the thruster weight more challenging.

Scale down by dropping knees in the push-ups, or elevating hands (to a bench/box/etc).
