Today’s Back Lift:
✅Heavy Bent over row
Part A
set 1: 10 smooth reps
set 2: 8 reps (2 sec down/2 sec up)
set 3: 5 reps feeder set
set 4: 5 reps feeder set
set 5: 8 heavy reps (2 sec down)
Part B
at 80% of set 5
Max reps with a 2 sec pause at the top into 10 half reps from the bottom into 5 full reps
rest 2 minutes between
✅Power Row Complex

Right arm
12 power row (with a stretch forward and a slight pause at the top) into
20 Half reps from the bottom (focus on bringing the shoulder back) into
5 full repetitions
Rest 30 sec
