A simple toast for lunch before take off! One of the things I am so excited about going back to the Netherlands is eating REAL cheese! It just taste so much better at home.

For now, I made this simple toast with @kitehill vegan scallion cream cheese topped with tomatoes , cucumber and some fresh dille , capers, salt. & pepper 🌱
