可愛らしさ満点!さくらんぼで作るぜいたくムース🍒 / Cherry Mousse

Cherry Mousse
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
20 cherries (stems and pits removed)
30g granulated sugar
B
3g powdered gelatin
1 tablespoon water
C
5g powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons water

150ml heavy cream
whipped cream (for decoration) , as needed
2 cherries (for decoration)
2 mint leaves

PREPARATION
1. Place A in a heat-resistant container and microwave them at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Blend until smooth. Divide into two bowls, with 2/3 of the mixture in one bowl and 1/3 in the other.
2. Put B in a heat-resistant container and microwave it at 600W for 20 seconds to liquify it. Add it to the (1) bowl with 1/3 of the cherry mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate until set.
3. Put C in a heat-resistant container and microwave it at 600W for 10 seconds to liquify it. Add it to the (1) bowl with 2/3 of the cherry mixture and mix well. Add the heavy cream and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture to (2) and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour until firm. Remove from the mold and garnish with whipped cream, mint leaves, and cherries.
4. Enjoy!
