I didn’t have any goals with my body, rather to rest my mind and fully give in to experiencing life away from my usual work, routines and habits. The first 2.5 days were a hard adjustment to slow down and turn off energy dealer mode but then I fell into a calm, tranquil state and felt so much happiness. We ate an alkaline based diet with one therapeutic espresso a day. I definitely noticed my body adjust and enjoy the different program to cleanse, rest and not hurry life or chewing 😂 I am beyond thankful for this experience and excited to carry on my learnings as I assimilate back into my regular surroundings.
