Ok guys. For real. This superset is going to burn your legs more than ever before ? A little pre-warning. Please don't do this unless you're comfortable with Bulgarian split squats. A lot of people nowadays have very tight hip flexors which make this movement particularly challenging. Check your form with a professional first ?? Alrighty here it is: ➡️ Bulgarian split squats x 10 on one leg ➡️ Drop the weight and go straight into 10 plyometric split squats on that same leg ? Then repeat on the other leg! ?? I recommend doing these near the beginning of a workout while you still have a good amount of energy in the tank! ?
