Birthday Burpees ?? Call me crazy but I got up at 5am and went to the gym this morning because I JUST LOVE IT ?? And yes, I did Burpees because I love them too... am I weird?! ? This is why fitness is my job, it genuinely is my passion ?? Here is an epic core and cardio circuit I love to use at the end of my workouts! ➡️ Reverse Burpees (my current fave exercise) ➡️ Eccentric sit ups ➡️ Chest to floor Burpees ➡️ Deadbugs ? Do 30 seconds of each exercise. 10 seconds rest in between. Repeat for 4-5 rounds with no rest. You'll be ruined ???
