Full Body Workout ?? Today I did one of my first weights sessions in a while. I did mostly bodyweight training out in the Maldives so it feels good to lift some heavy stuff back in the UK ? This workout is mainly upper body focused as I did a lot of leg work on my trip - HIIT tends to be more leggy ??? These are all supersets or compound sets: ➡️ Goblet Squats & Good Mornings: 4x8 each ➡️ Tricep Push Ups & Close Grip Bench Press 3x8 each ➡️ DB Press & Lateral Raises 3x8 each ➡️ T Bar Row & Straight Arm Pull Downs 3x10 each ??
