At Home Upper & Core Workout ?? Today I did a 25 minute run (see more on my instagram story!) and then came home and smashed out this circuit 3 times ? ➡️ 20 commandos (10 leading with each hand) ➡️ 10 kneeling tricep push ups ➡️ 20 plank Hip Dips ➡️ 15 Russian twists with press ➡️ 20 leg lifts (over my book - which you can get on amazon for £5.99) ?
