7 Minute Abs ? Here is the ab circuit I taught at last nights @adidas Women event as part of a full Body HIIT workout ? These three exercises challenge your abs in different ways to build up total core strength ?? Bear in mind this is sped up: ➡️ Plank hip dips - keep your hips low and tuck your hips under to keep a flat back ➡️ Eccentric sit ups - quickly up, then slowly release down using your core. Aim for a 3 second lowering phase ➡️ V sit leg lifts - lift with control and then lower as slowly as possible. Keep your core engaged to avoid your lower back being involved. If this is too challenging, you can do it with bent legs, or one leg at a time ?? We did 35 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 3 rounds total! Embrace the challenge ?
