??today we're working our lower body with a focus in our glutes! the only "weight" you'll need is by a resistance band - these are amazing additions to any home workout space because they offer tension, encourage proper form (keep those knees out), and give off a crazy glute pump!???

✖️elevated banded glute bridges 4x10 + ✖️elevated single glute bridges 3x10

2️⃣seated box squat with pulse 4x12 (I used a dumbbell to make this a smidge more challenging, but feel free to omit! also special thanks to atlas for coming through with his cuteness??)
