1️⃣push up variation
✖️perform either a standard push up (intermediate) or kneeling push ups (beginner) - 30 total reps (done in whatever rep scheme you can - I did 3x10)

2️⃣ dumbbell floor press - 4x12

3️⃣standing alternating dumbbell press - 4x10

4️⃣ seated front to side dumbbell lateral raise - 4x10

5️⃣bent over dumbbell reverse fly - 4x12
