For the ladies who aren't about to give birth 😂🤰🏼, IF you are travelling this year here are my top tips.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣ ✅ Try to stay awake during the day and sleep at night (so much harder than it sounds!!!). Pretty basic but it will help SO much to get back into a routine.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣ ✅Drink WATER. I mean LOTS of water. Travel can make you extremely dehydrated. I recommend 1-2 L within the first 3-4 hours of getting off the plane.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Stick to your regular workout time (if you can!). If you usually work out in the morning, try to continue with this schedule while you are overseas. MOST importantly relax, get lots of sleep and ENJOY your time away!!! ⁣⁣⁣
