lately my focus has been to increase the variety in my workouts, utilize bands for extra resistance, and play around with different stances to help isolate my harder-to-wake-up muscles🙃

1️⃣staggered stance glute bridge: 3x10
2️⃣banded american deadlift: 3x12
3️⃣ss: barbell good morning + barbell reverse lunge: 3x10;3x10
4️⃣kettlebell swings: 3x15
5️⃣kettlebell froggy pumps: 2x30
6️⃣ss: banded quadruped hip extension + banded straight leg hip extension: 3x12; 3x12
