here’s a workout I did to target my chest, shoulders, biceps, lats, and triceps! ‘twas a super fun one, I hope you guys love it 🥰💜

1️⃣Bench press: 3x8
⠀
2️⃣Hammer curl press variation: 3x12 - start by doing a single rep on each side, then perform one set with both sides. that will count as 3 reps - repeat 4 times to get to 12

3️⃣DB y-raise with torso bend - 3x12
