❓Do you have more energy?
❓Has your coordination improved?
❓Are you actually looking forward to working out?
If you’ve answered “yes” to some of these questions, that’s progress!!! You don’t need to wait for physical changes as a sign of fitness progress - if you’re starting to FEEL better, that’s an improvement!
