Don’t blink 😉 Skipping is a great way to increase the intensity of any workout. You can take your workout from low intensity, to high intensity VERY quickly by including skipping in between each exercise. This is an example of something I love to do and how I break up my exercises eg. push ups, skip, sit ups, skip etc. For me, when I have minimal equipment available, this is my go-to because I can get a great workout in outdoors, JUST using a skipping rope. I personally try to include 50 reps in between each exercise.⁣⁣
