🔥 SQUAT TWIST PRESS : you can easily substitute then resistance bands with a dumbbell if you need to!
🔥🔥 SQUAT HOLD CURL 90 FLY : you can also use dumbbell for this exercise but lower your arms for the curl
🔥🔥🔥 SQUAT DOUBLE FLY : if you’re going to use dumbbells for this exercise make sure you hinge after your squat for the fly
🔥🔥🔥🔥 SQUAT PIVOT TWIST : make sure you hold the dumbbell in both hands if you use one. Don’t forget to do both sides!
