新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.38】 Vol.4でご紹介した「げんこつ屋」が2007年に幕を閉じてから4年。他界した父・関川清氏（初代）の想いを引き継ぎ、息子・関川匤仁氏（二代目）の手によって、多くのお店に影響を与えた「伝説のお店」がラー博に復活しました😀 匤仁氏は幼いころから「げんこつ屋」を手伝い1994年のラーメン博物館オープン時「げんこつ屋」の店長として抜擢されました。当館としても、ラーメン業界に影響を与えたお店を復活させたいという想いと、匤仁氏は「まだまだ父親の域には達していないが、ようやく父親の志を伝えていく時期が来た。」という匤仁氏の想いが合致し、「げんこつ屋」閉店、父親が他界した4年後の2011年、新横浜ラーメン博物館で「げんこつ屋」が復活を迎えることとなったのです。 2019年に卒業をし、現在は阿佐ヶ谷と成城学園前に店を構えています😎 【店舗データ】二代目げんこつ屋創業:2011年（げんこつ屋としては1980年）ラー博出店期間 2011年4月20日～2019年2月11日次回は気仙沼「かもめ食堂」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.38 It's been four years since the Genkotsuya introduced in Vol. 4 closed its doors in 2007. Taking over the wishes of his father, Kiyoshi Sekikawa (the first generation), who passed away, his son, Masahito Sekikawa (the second generation), revived the legendary restaurant that influenced many other restaurants. Mr. Masahito has been helping out at Genkotsuya since he was a child, and was selected as the manager of Genkotsuya when the Ramen Museum opened in 1994. The museum would like to revive the restaurant that had an impact on the ramen industry, and Mr. Masahito says, "Although I have not yet reached the level of my father, the time has finally come for me to pass on his aspirations. In 2011, four years after Genkotsuya closed and his father passed away, Genkotsuya was revived at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. In 2019, Genkotsuya left the Ramen Museum and now has stores in Asagaya and Seijo-Gakuenmae.
