逆輸入ラーメン第3弾としてご出店いただいた「カーザルカ」😎🇮🇹
ラー博史上初となる外国人店主のお店で、店主のルカ・カタルファモさんは世界各国で料理の修業をしていた頃、ニューヨーク「一風堂」でラーメンと出会い衝撃を受けました。その後、ロンドンのうどん店でダシの勉強をし、ラーメン店を開業することを決意。そして日本に渡り1ヶ月間、毎日3食以上のラーメンを食べ続け、自分が作りたいラーメンのイメージを固め2013年9月、ミラノに「CASA RAMEN」をオープン。
出店時のキャッチコピーは「パスタ王国イタリアが認めた「ミラノとんこつ」が日本初上陸!!」イタリアは他の国の食文化を受け付けにくい傾向があり、世界的にも有名なパスタという麺文化がある中、「CASA RAMEN」は地元の人々に受け入れられ大人気に。
オープン時、ルカを迎えに成田空港に迎えに行くと、そこからテレビ東京の「YOUは何しに日本へ？」の密着が始まりました。卒業後、「CASA RAMEN」は地元でもう1店舗別のコンセプトのお店をオープンし、様々な賞を獲得するなどさらに飛躍しております😀

The third reimported ramen store, "CASA LUCA"!
The first restaurant in the history of Ramen Museum to be owned by a foreigner, the owner, Mr. Luca Catalfamo, was shocked to encounter ramen at Ippudo in New York when he was training to become a chef in various countries. After studying broth at an udon restaurant in London, he decided to open his own ramen restaurant. After a month of eating at least three meals of ramen every day in Japan, he solidified the image of the kind of ramen he wanted to make and opened "CASA RAMEN" in Milan in September 2013.
The catchphrase at the time of the opening was, "Milan Tonkotsu, recognized by the pasta kingdom of Italy, has landed in Japan for the first time! Italy has a tendency to be reluctant to accept food culture from other countries, and with the world-famous noodle culture of pasta, "CASA RAMEN" was accepted by the local people and became very popular.
After graduation, "CASA RAMEN" opened another restaurant with a different concept in his hometown, and has been winning various awards and making further progress.
