新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.46】日本には6,852の島があり、その内離島が6,847島あります。かねてから行くのが困難な離島に絶品ラーメンがあれば「島ラーメン」として面白いのではという構想がありました。何故ならば、離島には自然の恵みを受けた豊富な食材と、本土からの食材調達の困難さから独自の知恵や工夫が生まれるのではないかと思ったからです😎 そんな中、私たちが初めて利尻島にある味楽さんを訪れたのが、2015年の3月。厳密に言いますと、2014年の12月に行く予定だったのですが、稚内行きの飛行機が欠航になり断念しております。それ以外にも稚内から利尻島までのフェリーが欠航したこともありました。キャッチコピーは「日帰り不可能!日本一?行くのが困難な絶品島ラーメン」ですが、これは私たちが体験したことそのままコピーとしました。本店は11:30～14:00の営業時間ですので首都圏から日帰りはもちろん不可能ですし、ドアtoドアで8時間以上かかります。まさに私たちの「飛行機に乗らずとも全国･世界のラーメンが一か所で味わえる」というコンセプトにピッタリなお店です。そしてポイントは何と言っても「利尻昆布」です。日本三大昆布であり高級昆布としても知られている利尻昆布をふんだんに使用し動物系の旨味を加えたWスープに、注文毎に中華鍋で醤油ダレを焼いた「焦がし醤油」はまさに絶品です😀 【店舗データ】北海道「利尻らーめん味楽」創業:2007年ラー博出店期間 2017年3月1日～次回はアメリカ･NY「YUJI RAMEN」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.46 There are 6,852 islands in Japan, of which 6,847 are remote islands.
