How to Make Soccer Balls with Takoyaki Grill
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g pancake mix
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk
40g dark chocolate (melt in a double boiler)
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix the pancake mix with the egg in a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture (1) into 2 separate bowls. Add milk into one, and melted dark
chocolate to the other. Stir and knead each dough, form into small balls (5mm).
*A: the yellow dough with milk. B: the brown dough with the chocolate.
3. Put some vegetable oil into the Takoyaki grill. Place one of the A balls on the grill
and 5 of the B balls around it.
4. Place 5 A balls between each B ball (3). Place 4 more B balls and one more A
ball. Cook on low while turning around the big ball. With a lid on, cook on low until
done.
5. Enjoy!
