I for one am always up for a slice of cake at breakfast - this not too sweet apple cardamom cake is perfectly lovely with a big mug of tea in the morning or any other time of day & is made with almond flour and eggs so it's gluten-free - the recipe is up on the blog, follow the link in my profile - along with a few other recipes for a thanksgiving meal .... Just incase you still have no idea what to make tomorrow .... like a massaged kale salad with pear and little sugar pumpkins stuffed with wild long grain rice, nuts and fruit - they are all imbued with the flavors of autumn and full to the brim with seasonal ingredients
