Handstand Progress ? Today I mastered stepping into a wall handstand! It felt so scary throwing myself at a wall ? Considering a few weeks back I couldn't bear being upside down, I am super chuffed with how far I've come ? Thanks to the gymnastics wizard @mikeleept for coaching me to do this. Now we just need to work on my shoulder mobility so I can fully lock out my arms ?? Next stop... triple somersaults!? ?
