Full Upper Body Workout ?? Here is the upper body weights session @healthychefsteph and I did at @thebodyholiday this morning ? We did one compound set per body part (two exercises back to back) for 3 sets of 10-12 reps ➡️ Tricep push ups to failure with close grip DB press ➡️ Cable row with Lat pull down ➡️ DB Arnold press with face pulls ➡️ Bodyweight bicep curls with EZ bar curls ? We then did some core to finish! ? Not to mention later on today we did some stand up paddle boarding which is a pretty tough upper body and core workout too! ??? #zvdworkout #upperbodyworkout @technogym #girlgains #thebodyholiday
