I have found certain fulfillment through teaching climbing to others. After all, I started coaching when I was 18 years old. Through the years I’ve coached a handful of youth teams, including being an assistant coach for the Youth US Climbing Team. Despite these really amazing opportunities in coaching, I have realized that the thing that brings me the most joy in coaching is working with women. There’s a different energy that is present when I’m working with women, and I find it inspiring and uplifting to be around. Tonight I am teaching a women’s fundamentals clinic at @earthtreksenglewood for their grand opening. There’s still room to register, so get in there!
