Wide pulls are back. This is a great exercise to do because it really targets your lats and shoulders. You want to make sure your set up correctly though; no sagging your ears into your shoulders. You can see before the last pull up that I sagged (purposefully) and then reset before pulling up. This is critical for shoulder health and preventing injury.
