Low Impact Full Body Workout 🏋🏼‍♀️
This 25 minute workout is apartment friendly and doesn’t have any heavy jumping which might anger the neighbours! All you need is one weight (you can use a bottle of water if you don’t have a dumbbell) 👌🏼
➡️ No Jump Burpees
➡️ Lunge & Knee Drive (one leg)
➡️ Lunge & Knee Drive (other leg)
➡️ Goblet Squat (option to add a press)
➡️ Russian Twist & Press
Set a timer for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and 5 rounds. That will give you a 25 minute full body blast 🔥
