Holy upper body pump! This workout is an arm shredder! Tag a friend that would love this workout!

1. 12 reps : make sure your band is secure on your feet! I wrap it around each foot to make sure it doesn’t slip!

2. 10 reps each side : make sure you stay pressing overhead. You don’t want to press upward.

3. 15 reps each side: be aware of your arms and do not lock out your elbows!

4. 12 reps: again, you do not want to lock your elbows here either. Make sure you keep tension on your band on the forward rotation too!
