Do you know what feels better than all of the money and fame and likes that this world has to offer?

Being yourself.

There isn’t a dollar amount or level of status that would ever be worth the journey of becoming more “ME.”

True freedom is the courage to be yourself.

And although we live in a time with unprecedented levels of space for that individually to manifest, so many of us are living so far away from the true callings and desires of our hearts.

Why?

Why have I been sitting with a deep truth, literally locked up in my chest for years?
Since I can remember.

“Write.”
“Express.”
“Emote.”
“Sing.”

Whenever I close my eyes and tune in, I can heart it say, “sing.” Or, “go write.”

Just like that too,
with resonance and conviction.

“That’s too simple,” I’ll respond.
“The solutions to my ‘problems’ must be more complex than that.”

And so I often stifle it.

Would you believe that?

My own voice.

You probably can believe it because chances are you know exactly what I’m talking about.

You probably have a little voice too.

Maybe you can remember it
but you can no longer hear it.

Maybe it’s buried under lies, and doubt, and fear.

When I hear it, I always tell myself,
“that’s not a plan.
That won’t pay my bills.
That won’t put food on the table”

But maybe it’s not about ripping your current life out of the wall to follow a calling.

I mean, would I calling that’s truly aligned with your highest good ever wish to completely derail you like that?

Well, sometimes yes. Lol

But what if following a calling is just about doing that thing.

Giving more energy to that thing.

And then watching what naturally drops off.

Then watching what starts to come together.

There is alchemy that occurs when we follow the callings of our hearts.
And there is a natural value that you add to the world when you begin to share it.

The more I follow that calling,
The louder and stronger it gets.

The more I trust it.

The more I know I can continue to follow it.
