St Lucia Pitons = Conquered ✅ Recently, as you may have noticed, I have started to mix up my training with more bodyweight/cardio and less weights. The only reason for this shift is time. I don't have time to go to the gym so I do at home workouts or runs most days ? Then a couple of weights sessions whenever I can squeeze one in! ?? Honestly I hadn't really noticed a tangible impact on my fitness until today. I remember in September hiking up a mountain in Yosemite and thinking I was gonna die ? Today I hiked one of a similar size (and much harder terrain) and I felt fine. I could have kept climbing! ? I used to be scared of letting my rigid lifting routine slip but damn today I felt so grateful for my new found fitness levels ?? It makes me want to go on more adventures! ? So the lesson is - don't be afraid to let your approach to fitness change. Let it grow and develop as you do. There isn't one way to be fit!
