1️⃣ mountain climbers - 30 seconds
2️⃣tricep kick back variation - 10 reps per side
3️⃣dynamic plank variation - 30 seconds
4️⃣toe tap variation - 30 seconds
5️⃣kneeling bicep curl - 10 reps per side
6️⃣lateral shuffle variation - 30 seconds
7️⃣tricep bench dip - 10 reps
8️⃣squat jump - 10 reps
9️⃣cross body kneeling hammer curls - 10 reps per side

?rest between each exercise as needed - repeat circuit 2-3 times??
